Ealain Uisce is a tastefully decorated stone house set in its own secluded grounds overlooking the magnificent views of Clew Bay and Croagh Patrick, Ireland’s holy mountain.
The house which sleeps 8 has a very spacious open plan living/dining room and has 4 en-suite bedrooms 2 doubles and 2 twins. The kitchen is very well equipped with every appliance you could require and ideal for preparing delicious meals while overlooking the ever changing view. The living room has an open fire and a high spec hi-fi system, as well as DVD video and TV and a baby grand piano. There are several board games and books to fill those inclement days.
Ealain Uisce is situated close to Mulranny village and the Mulranny Park Hotel which offers a leisure centre and a wonderful restaurant and bar. It is also a 10 minute walk to the local blue flag beach. Mulranny awarded the EDEN prize (European destination of excellence) has lots to offer from beautiful beaches & loop walks to the new Great Western Greenway, Ireland’s longest off road cycle track which extends 42km from Westport to Achill via Mulranny. There is a great range of outdoor pursuits available such as golfing, surfing, and kayaking. Angling, hill walking, a boat trip to Clare Island is always a highlight, Angling equipment is available to rent locally as well as angling boat trips and a visit to the new Ballycroy National park is well worth a visit.
Oil and electricity are charged separately: 20 cents per unit of electricity. 95 cents per unit of oil.
