DESCRIPTION
The holiday home is located on an elevated site overlooking Clew Bay, Croagh Patrick and the Sheefry Hills.
The house sleeps eight and comprises; 2 x double bedrooms, 2 x twin bedrooms, 3 x bathrooms with showers, 2 x cosy living rooms, one with open fire and one with woodburning stove leading to the outside patio area and 1 x kitchen/dinette.
The house comes complete with all bed linen and towels together with; travel cot, high chair, 2 xTVs, CD and DVD players, microwave, coffee maker, fridge freezer, dishwasher along with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
There’s a welcome pack, and oil heating is included with electricity charged by metred usage.
Household waste is included (please use bottle recycling in the village) and a €100 damages deposit is required on arrival.

The holiday home is 700m from the village with pub, shops, hotel, leisure complex.
Mulranny has a 9-hole golf course, 2x sandy beaches (1 blue flag), fishing, walks and easy access to the renowned Greenway cycle route which passes 100m from the cottage. Achill Island and Newport are within a short car journey or bike ride!
