Nevins Newfield Inn is one the oldest premises in the area and was established in the early 1800’s. It is situated on the main road (the N59) between Newport and Mulranny.
The premises enjoys scenic sea and mountian views. Local amenities include, hill walking, deep sea and river fishing, Mulranny golf course and Mulranny beaches. There are also two castles located nearby, in Rosturk and Rockfleet.
Nevins consists of a cosy front bar, a spacious lounge where bar food is served daily from 9am to 9pm all year round, a large function room which can hold up to 150 people, an ideal spot for parties large and small and also an upstairs restaurant. Nevins also provides accomodation for the weary traveller and with the completion of the first phase of the Great Western Greenway, Nevins is an ideal location for a walking or cycling break away.
